It never fails, evevrytime you mail back paperwork they never seems to get it.
Worst customer service ever !!!! People are supposed to be professional and respectful
But it's actually sad that Social Security Administration has lowered their standards and have ignorant representation as federal employees
Worst place of business!!! They are very under staffed and have been for a long time. Poor customer service VERY RUD and disrespectful. They never get things done in a timely fashion. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I sat from 9am till 4pm on more then three vist. They lunch break are for two hours (12:00 to 2:00). Doing this time they only call one to two numbers. Had to leave and get my kids from school what of waste of time this place is. They should close the plaec down. Or hire new employees.
Sent in paperwork 30 days ago by mail once again they claims they did not receive it.
The receptionist was so rude. She has no sense of respect towards any of the customers. The security guards does not treat the customers with respect. The security guards are very unruly and thy need robbery replaced. They are also fighting customers when they should be doing there job. The service was so terrible that my wife and I had walked out because there was no sense of respect or guidance coming from the security officers nor the receptionist.
I just don't understand why they never get the mail.
Schedule the appointments, not the walk-in's; no problems here! This location has a high traffic of walk-in's. The best place to do walk-in's, is in the secondary "US Social Security Administration" in the NE part of DC. (1905 9th St NE, Washington, DC 20018) Please use the manner social skill onto your representative.
