Congratulations to SSA for having exemplary employees like this. Dreaded visit to SSA became a pleasant experience. Thank you Mr. Rivera for the great job you have done.

The facility was clean, staff cordial, and even the security guards assisted with basic questions. Overall a good way to spend time cutting through the red tape!

In preparation for my future benefits, I have visited the office of SSA in N.W. Washington, DC to get some additional clarification on the subject of Windfall Elimination Provision.

Depending on the time of day decides how long you will wait. If you can make an appointment you should. I had an appointment, waited in line to check in, then waited for my name to be called. The actual appointment was great, I got a lot of information and walked away empowered.

I was directed to Window B to explain the purpose of my visit. Mr. Jean Rivera, not only efficiently registered my questions, but with the great competency was able to provide me with the answers. He quickly consulted with his supervisor on some ambiguities and I found all what I needed.

Just a few lines to say thank you and wish you the best. When you get a chance look up Sam E Studio and check him out. It should be on your laptop or smartphone.

Came to this location because I needed to update my social security status since I became a US Citizen. The first time I came here was last week on a Friday at 11:30 am and waited until 1:40pm. My name was never called and I ended up leaving due to work. I am back today Monday 1/2/2018 lined up before open time at 8:30am 17 degrees outside & about 15 people were already lined up. Older African Americans were also rude in the line. Two of them sneaked in front of me despite the fact that I am here too lined up just like everyone else. When we get inside the facility, only TWO staff were working. They announce otherwise we should leave if we don't want to wait. So you mean to tell me this after I waited in the cold. People with other necessity should go to another location because this place seems to only cater to African American needs. Very racist very unprofessional.

Quick and very organized But just Get There Early to be in and out

On May 11, 2017, Mr. Jean Rivera, at Window B, became my hero.
