Do NOT go here.

This is the worst cleanic I have ever been at, I visit this place when I was having high fever and shivering cold in my hole body, the Doctor said it's food poising and prescribe Antibiotic (CIPROFLOXACIN HCL) immediately when I took that I start having sever crums , after I took 2 I decided to call them because the pain was extreme , I start calling 3pm in the afternoon I pressed all the extention no one picked up for two hours I continue call even though I was in so much pain after 2 hours a lady picked up I explain my situation she transfer me to another lady which very very rude unprofessional her suggestion is to go visit another doctor. I just thought when you tell a doctor the prescription you gave me made me sick she should be compassionate and either proscribe something or be sorry she wasn't she was simply rude but I decided to stop the medication my own please be aware of what doctors prescribe you read about it before you take any medication I learn my lesson I will not go to urgent care again they are terable.

Been here several times and I have a PCP here. The doctors are great, no complaints there. But I'm finally writing this review after seeing my fiancee get a tetanus shot from one of the medical assistants. As an ICU nurse I definitely know how it's done right but I don't expect perfection. But this assistant did it in the most painful and sloppy way possible. All without saying a single word or giving instruction. On top of that whenever she did talk she was unnecessarily rude. We were very pleasant after waiting an hour and a half, so all of that was uncalled for.

I went there in December for a cold that I thought might be strep. I paid out of pocket same-day. Services were fine, no complaints and the doctor was nice. However, 4 months later I got a bill even though I had paid for everything. I've been trying to sort out the issue for 3 months now with no resolution, every customer service rep tells me a different story. Their billing department is a nightmare and the hassle of it means I will never be returning to this facility.

This place is a hit or miss. I went in on a Saturday and the staff was very pleasant so I was happy to go back. However, when I returned on Monday and Wednesday, the girl at the front desk was terrible. I guess it depends on who's working but it's a shame that she was so rude.

I recently moved to the District and needed rather quick care. This place was close to my house and allows you to make online appointments. I was really happy with the care I received both times. Dr Cox was really thorough, knowledgeable and kind. minimal wait time, definitely recommend.
