Worst Hospital Ever! Nurse Mr. Barber put a homeless woman out of the hospital with flip flops on in the winter time and no assistance to get back to the shelter she was staying in at 330 AM. He told her it was not his responsibility help her! What kind of nursing staff does this! No empathy for homeless patients, when there are so many in the city. Something needs to be done!

The treatment is excellant the staff is professional after you are a university med school, not psi phi block streetish hustlerish or pimpish.

Apparently my review from last night didn't make it. I came in to this place having an asthma attack. I have never in my LIFE had to wait for help with my breathing. They kept asking my questions when I handed them my health insurance card and ID. Anyone with asthma knows when you are in a crisis like that you can't think you have to focus on your breathing until you can get some albuterol. That being said I continued to wait. However after noticing I wasn't going to be helped in any way I called a Lyft to the next nearest hospital and they helped me right away. My advice? if its life or death go somewhere else. It was painful and the amount of time I took suffering trying to hold it together when I could barely breath will never be forgotten

Me and my son are here literally right now. Staff is really nice. They are definitely not the problem... but the temperature has Ben an issue since I came here for the delivery of my son.. I was freezing shaking while pushing him out... and then on the mother baby side where we recover until we are discharged the room is not better either... its so cold i feel horrible everytime i have to change him. I'm sitting here covered in three blankets right now freezing... apparently something with the main heater is wrong... it's absolutely miserable in here...

My experience has always been very pleasant and professional. I credit them with saving my life. I had breast cancer and 15 years later I'm still cancer free
