PS: On a good note, the dessert (vanilla pudding) was great!
I went there with my family today and was quite frankly, disturbed at the woman who was serving the pizza. For one, the lady had ten people waiting for her to serve pizza and she kept saying "just a minute, just a minute" - then once she started taking orders, she rudely skipped over me... I was second in line. Then she acted weirdly when I told her I'd like some food too. She did give me the empanadas I wanted and wished me to have a good lunch, but still... she forget to heat my empanadas up... (I thought they were already heated up. Next time I'll check.) She also burned my brother's pizza beyond recognition. He literally threw it away and went outside to get a hot dog instead. According to my mom, the man at the grille was also pretty unfriendly. I love the Washington DC museums and have been there many times but this is the first time I've been disappointed with the food service. Please do something about your staff members!
Pizza shop, large pizza $10
Small pizza here like $8
Food is okay but incredibly overpriced. Service is horrible so if you go plan to serve yourself. No seating. Placement of everything makes it incredibly difficult to get a plate, tray, and silverware.
Food no that good and price are too high.
Food has gotten much better here than it was last year. Other than the American Indian Museum, this is one of the better places to eat on the mall.
High prices for not so big portions! But I think it is the only decent food available on the National Mall area without walking a few miles away from there.
