Nice non profit used book store supporting DC public schools. Scheduled to close December 21. Building coming down.
Hard to know if they're open. Can't call them. I want to go today but who knows if it will be a wasted trip.. Good otherwise.
Cute little used bookstore, refuge from the craziness just outside. Friendly, helpful staff. Been twice, will definitely be back. They've got a great selection and everything is well organized into categories. Found Lord of the Rings quickly!
You find a variety of titles and authors, the treatment they give you is very good, I liked it very much.
Great bookstore that is non-profit and supports local education and literacy initiatives. Has wonderful selection of used (donated) books, art, CDs, DVDs, etc. Closing for good after December 20, but will have pop-up locations around DC thereafter! Keep an ear out for a new permanent location in the future...
