Every time I would make a deposit at this bank it would take a week for the money to clear. Moreover, they disabled the phone number that I normally used to call my bank and owuld not give me another. This bank is abusive.
I love this bank just need branch in maryland
They've closed this branch. Very frustrating as one of the reasons i signed up with them was how close it was to my office.

1 star is too many for the enormous number of woeful experiences I have had with this bank. Every step of my daily banking is a nightmare. Their customer service is also catastrophic. I have been late with every rent payment owing to their incompetence, and their unwillingness to help. I will move my account as soon as possible to literally ANY other bank.
