I was there for the first time for the Lady Gaga concert this past November, and I have to say that it's awesome that they make good use of the space in the middle with separate stages and moving bridges to have the performers walk across to all of them.

All those Years and I've never inside of it,

I have been here for two concerts and one hockey game. Different seats each time.

There's massive underground

Also bad - drink prices are ridiculous regardless of your drink choice. 20 ounce draft beer is 12 bucks or more. Admittedly this is a larger drink size than many venues that top out at 16 ounces but still.

I remember when it was a Open air parking lot with NO subway/ Metro,

Excellent arena for various types of events. Not a bad seat in the house. For basketball a good overview of the court. Suites are luxurious. Food is as good as any other sports complex. For concerts the sound system is amazing. The acoustics are really good. Seats are very comfortable. Easy to get to via metro service which is a bonus.

I have been here for many Washington Wizards games and other event, and I gotta say it's a great venue to be in overall! Especially for Wizards games, you have at least a good view of the court from pretty much anywhere in the venue! Very spacious hallways, and the location of the arena is very prime! Food is a fortune, but aside from that a great venue for any event!

The bad - when I sat in the side areas of the venue, I thought the seats were tight but not too bad. Sitting high up behind the hockey goal (good view), but seating was particularly tight. So much so I could not keep my feet straight while sitting (feet hit the seat in front of me). Attempting to enter or leave your seats is a little tricky but not impossible.

I ate a Hamburger at the McDonald's next to it yesterday.

Parking for Concerts and Sporting events.

A Bad seat in the House".

So there's an honest assessment

I also wish that they had more than just a few TV screens to see the different angles of the performance instead of just the one or two that stayed zoomed in on certain areas. Just some suggestions for the future architects and interior designers!

And GPS picked that up.

But I've been told there's "Not

The good - venue is generally nice and ample parking (extra cost) in the area and ample restaurant choices. Plenty of drink and food vendors near each seating section. Also good, better than average draft beer selection.

Getting around to some seats can be very slow and a little confusing but that is not too atypical for an arena.
