I just cannot say enough good things about Jacob (#4534). It was a pleasure having him come to our home to fix a clogged sink. He was professional, courteous and most of all, left the job site clean. I'd definitely ask for him again should I ever have another plumbing issue arise. Thanks Jacob, for doing such an amazing job and going above and beyond to get the job done!
I was given a $816 quote and denied. They offered a free video service of the clog. My technician did not speak english to well, gave RR a call back to make sure what was being done was a free service. The representative on the phone confirmed the service was free and what the technician was doing was correct. Once the technician completed the so called video I had a bill of $695. Why is that??? I then called RR back stating my issue and was told the representative gave me wrong information. Even though the technician was really nice, despite the language barriers, I will never use nor recommend them to anyone.

Morning after christmas. Major clog in the pipe that I tries to snake myself to no avail. The plumber arrived 15 minutes (!!!!) after the original call. Tin (2648) was extremely professional, effective and polite. Not only that he took care of the clog he made sure that he left the entire work area spotless.
Issac (2009) was our service provider and he did a fantastic job. We had a clogged toilet that required snaking. Issac took his time diagnosing the problem, even checking the outside drain that meets the main sewer line. He arrived earlier than scheduled and finished up quickly.
James from Roto-Rooter provided us with amazing service. We had two bad faucets, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen that needed replacing. He came same-day to look at it and came back the next day to install new ones for us, the day before Christmas Eve. The new faucets look wonderful and work fabulously. We haven't ever had water pressure or quick hot water like this since we moved into the house and couldn't be happier. Thank you very much for the responsive and high-quality service, especially on short notice before a holiday!
