First visit: front desk is so slow, not friendly, started my appointment 20 mins late.
I've been working with this practice for over 3 years, and every time I injure myself they are there to fix me up! All of them are top physical therapy professionals who know their stuff, care about you and will get you back on your game again. They take the time to listen and to explain - they each have their specialties but I would fully trust any of them. The office administration is well run, location is convenient - they are the best!
Third visit: I arrived 10 mins early and the front desk handed me my insurance policy at the time of my appointment and told me I will be billed later when I have already worked out referral and copay. They don't understand my insurance policy at all and during my paid appointment with my therapist I had to call insurance company several times and let them talk with the stuff
Second visit: no one was at the front desk to check in
Reception desk is friendly, my Therapist Ashley is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I love her designed home practice schedule and it's easy to set continuous following appointments with her.
They get you in for your appointment within 5-10 minutes if arriving. The therapists here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the patients. The facility has decent space. Based on my 2 visits this far, there are usually anywhere from 4-7 patients in at once, but I never feel like it's cramped or crowded.
Administrative staff is the worst, seriously!
This is by far the best Physical Therapy group I have found around the city. The therapists are top notch and you receive 1st class treatment. No techs, interns, noobs; you get a great, real life PT for a full session. I have rehabbed a serious spinal injury here and have nothing but great things to say about the administration and therapists. Just let them know what type of injury you are working with and they will find the right therapist for your needs. A++
