I have lived in the DC area for almost two decades and never discovered this park. I have parked on the street entrance quite a few times with no clue that it was a park. Sometimes things, people, places and the answers are right under your nose or feet. Lol

Beautiful offshoot of rock Creek Park with blazed trails and wildlife.
Beautiful. Especially once you get to the cathedral! But even just walking around is so nice.
I actually saw deer in this park in the middle of DC!
