They did a good job on my fiancée's remains but they need to take a class on empathy..the day of his funeral they were extremely abrasive and even argumentative.. Huh??...on a day of all days??....I can't recommend them
EVERYTHING WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TOGETHER. EVEN WIth MY ISSUE THEY ALLOWED ME TO HANDLE THINGS TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT HOME GOING FOR MY MOTHER
I called to try to have flowers sent for a service and the woman who originally answered and asked me to hold was so polite. However, another woman picked the phone up and was SO RUDE! She acted as though my questions were a bother for her to answer and then hung up on me. Would NOT recommend

Very disappointed in there service and communication. We withdraw and went with another funeral home. We were sad because we had history with them.
