My Mother died recently and we were scrambling to find a funeral home that does direct cremation. It was important to find an independent funeral home because I am the proud granddaughter of a mortician. The hospital recommended Genesis and from the initial call with Francine, we knew we were in good hands. I was trying to handle as much as I could for my Dad, but we still had to bring him in to sign papers. Francine was there to greet us as we arrived and took the time to walk us through the process. She took great care of us and my Mom's remains. Francine sent regular emails to keep us informed during the process. I cannot thank Francine and Genesis enough for the amazing care they took with us during an incredibly difficult time. I would recommend Genesis to anyone. She is: friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, professional, attentive, respectful, therefore, she's one of the most personable person I've met. Last year she helped me get thru the red tape in burying my brother, a Veteran; this week she assisted in setting up my own final needs. Oh! She came all the way out where i live twice!
