As front desk ladies, they are the first people that patients see when they walk into the clinic. This means they are the first impression and the face of Columbia Road Health Services. With this being said, an ugly attitude will not only ruin their public image, but may also potentially cause them to lose their clients. Today, service was so terrible that they can finally say farewell to a life long patient.
Las secretarias muy amables y lo mismo las enfermeras y por lo tanto mi Dr k se llama Thomas Hall!
Columbia Road Health Services has some of the worse, most unprofessional, receptionists.
Horrible horrible horrible la peor atención que hemos recibido, mi esposa y yo por lo normal vamos a Clinica Cardozo pero en la desesperación de ver a nuestro hijo de 3 años prendido en calentura y vomito llamamos por una cita y Cardozo estaba todo lleno y nos mandaron a esta clínica en Columbia Road y la cita era ala 1pm y llegamos ala 12:45pm nos registramos y nos mandaron ala sala de esperas eran las 2:00pm y nadie nos llamaba hasta que me e levantado a preguntar qué pasaba porque ninguna enfermera llamaba por mi hijo y 2 enfermeras que le e preguntado no fueron nada profesional y una de las enfermeras llego a pesar a mi hijo de mala gana y le dijo a mi esposa que porque no habíamos ido a Cardozo y que Dra. Jordan era bien lento "(que comentario y halago para su colega y Dr/Dra.)"y que podía ver al niño hasta las 4pm mi esposa frustrada y desesperada agarro a nuestro hijo y salimos de inmediato de esa horrible Clinica y gente tan unprofessional and so rude really bad experience I won't recommend to anybody to go there very unfriendly people so sad...!!!!! I was looking for my son to feel better not to get all this frustration I hope one day this won't happen to anybody cause feels horrible to see your son sick and people call nurse and maybe mothers of child's too been so rude and unprofessional...!!!!!
Aside from not being able to do their job correctly by providing patients with answers to general questions, and answering phone calls, they also have the worst attitude with patients who go there seeking nothing but medical attention.
