Great staff and they just redid the inside so it's one of the nicer stores in the area!
The store is nice, the staff not so much. To start off no staff even offered to help me and would just stand around. I looked around for a while and found a nice warm jacket for about $300, and went to the counter to pay. Then some strange guy starts questioning my decision because he thought I was a different person who came in a few days ago and didn’t like the jacket (I’ve never been to this location). Then in a doubtful voice he asked me “are you SURE you want to buy this jacket?” As if they don’t accept returns (which they clearly do). After telling him I’ve never been there, he asked me if I was a rewards member with TNF, and I said yes and have him my phone number. Then he replied “I thought you told me you’ve never been here” while giving me a weird look. It’s not like this is the only TNF store in the whole world... the guy at the checkout seemed as if he was trying to get me to NOT buy the jacket, and it sure was tempting at that point. Way to make your customers feel awkward and want to never come back. When I buy a jacket I want the person to let me buy the goddamn jacket and not question my decision.
Had the only coat my size within 300 miles. Fast and everyone in the store was friendly and helpful.
Love this store located in Georgetown. They usually have really great and have all new models and items, have any size and equipment. People and the line moves quickly for checkout. The price is as normal store, they don't have discount or porcent off. Great options for the shopping.
