As a lifelong parishioner, I love being a part of this community -- it has the roots of an ancient faith that provides fellowship, guidance and love for a modern generation. Situated in a spectacular, mosaic adorned sanctuary (that's worth a visit for locals or tourists alike), it calls people out of their busy schedules for reflection and contemplation.

Godly food: Is very very good!

Great Greek festival with live music and fresh food.

So, I must preface this review by noting that I've never actually been inside of the cathedral. I only visited Saint Sophia for their Greek Festival, which was kind of neat, but rather small. They had a good number of outdoor vendors, and their indoor cafeteria was open as well. I had spanakopita, and it was rather tasty, but slightly too greasy. I also tried several of their pastries, and I wasn't a huge fan of any of them. All in all, I would probably go back for a tour of the cathedral, but probably not for their food.

This must be The Dead Church mentioned in Revalation. They are incredibly racist. I am orthodox and like all orthodox members I am allowed coummunion when visiting another church in order to recieve the sacraments. When I came here I was treated very condescendingly by one of the members and the priest who did not give me the full sacraments! He poured out all the blood in front of me back into the chalice and gave me the spoon for communion like they do to babies. I need the body as well!

Pay extra attention for all the cars pulling blindly into traffic.

I usually only commute past this church but the parking situation becomes so dire that it becomes dangerous for those simply passing by.
