A peaceful positive empowering diverse service that energizes me after each visit. I started attending Foundry over 13 years ago when I first moved to DC and immediately felt at home and welcomed. I have never joined, but still attend once a month or so and consider it my home church here in DC. Oh, and it's a lovely structure on top of it all.
I felt welcome when the pastor said that folks who are transgender, gender-queer, gender-nonconforming and non-binary are welcome. Each time I visit I want to walk in the footsteps more steadily.
