Clients are not valued and manager/owner was rude and not very accommodating. Appointment canceled while enroute, given no alternative, called back to speak to the manager and was chastised for my inconvenience. After abt a 7 min hold, I was headed home only to be told I could come in even though they were closing. Only after calling a second time was I offered a free hydration, which is a fraction of what I spend. Won't say I'll be going back.
