They always mess up your order, every single time. It's chaos in there, and everything takes forever. Today all I wanted was an everything bagel. There's nowhere else nearby in Dupont with bagels. I knew enough not to ask for it toasted bc they toast it for one millisecond and then make you put your own cream cheese on it anyway, so I saved it to toast it at the office. To my dismay when I opened the bag it was a rock hard, days-old wheat bagel covered in oats. So gross, I took one bite and threw it out =(
Me and my friend just eate chipotle chicken and broccoli cheddar soup at this branch of panera. I am now going the secound time to the rest room. And my friend just throw all the soup out. This is my secound time here eating the same food. I have no idea why the food makes us sick. Wach your orders.
Love this location. Nice downstairs seating. Quaint and a refreshment station..
