I received excellent help on the phone today. I asked the lady on the phone what is the best way to notify the IRS of the great help I received today. She suggested I write in but I could tell this was not typical. I think you should create an easy system to report employees who takes the time to go through my record and is cheerful. I think you are one of the few government organizations that don't have an easy reporting system for quality of service received.
