The Warner passed both the view and the concession part with flying colors! There doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house in terms of view, which is a huge plus for a theatre. Their concession area had literally extra employees available at any given time, ready to help. There seemed to be virtually no wait time for anything. The drinks/food was expensive, but that's to be expected.
The Warner theater was a very nice theater. Reminisce of Broadway theaters in New York. They offered drinks and snacks before the show I attended. The ambiance is very nice. Only complaint is that the rows are pretty tight very little leg room, but that's like 90% of theaters.
It is a beautiful theater though, and parking beneath it on the weekend is only $20 flat rate. Being able to just drive in underneath the building while it was raining and take the elevator up to the theatre was amazing.
Warner Theater is a great place. It has some history to it too. Originally built in 1922 and named after one of the founders of Warner Brothers. I went to see Ludovico Einaudi in concert, which was awesome. They don't have a hot bar, which kind of sucked since I don't drink and wanted coffee. I guess they assumed that we needed to be drunk to enjoy the concert. In any case, great venue. Staff was awesome. All around good place.
We were here seeing a play. The seat were WE which are off to the side. They are the only 2 seats in the row. I had a nice view of the stage.
No one answers the phone. No one calls you back. It's been a week trying to get someone on the phone to buy reserved or VIP seating for a concert and I can't get anyone. I've tried 4 different numbers including Live Nation/Ticketmaster customer service. I've tried Box Office, VIP person, some other guy and even left messages. Now even the "good" seats are GONE! This was supposed to be as gift for my mother. Devastating to discover such horrible service for what should have been an amazing show, I understand that it is the holidays and everyone wants off work and there may be several people calling, If it's busy, how about put that on the VM message. If you're out of VIP/reserved seating. Post that. Please, stop telling people to expect a call and then never call. I have to work Christmas and New Years also. I have been working overtime and waiting to be able to make this purchase and now it's all wasted. Horrible experience. Horrible disappointment.
The bathrooms were clean, but out dated. We were in the balcony area there was one male one female on each side.
The place where it loses a star is just the seats. They're old school theatre seats. They're not so tight that your knees are banging the seats in front of you, but they're close. They're also quite hard and after 2 hours in them I was aching to stand up.
They had several bars set up 3 downstairs and two upstairs. The two upstairs were for the patrons within the reserved seating area.
There are only a few things you can judge a theatre by - view from your seats, comfort of your seats, and their concession operation.
