This is my favorite place to eat
Always enjoy going to Trop Smoothi place no matter where. This particular one was very busy but surprisingly only two employees were working at the time and one of them could hardly speak or understand english.
I was actually pretty surprised at how good the food was. I expected something so-so/normal for a quick lunch spot. I've eaten there several times since I work across the street and every single time my food has been better than good. It's been really tasty. The smoothies I've gotten have always been delicious. I've never had an issue with customer service. Definitely friendly and quick. Now I've made myself hungry and will be placing a pick-up order LOL

This place is great. The flatbread was to die for and after having smoothie king for years this place was def a change in pace. will be back.
Was so excited to have a TroSmo in DC but this place is not as good as others. Customer service is off and smoothies are bland. I recently called in for a pick up order and lady said it should be ready in 20 mins so I get there around 25 mins and it's not made. She takes my order at the register and says she could not make it without me paying. I am a former employee here so I know as well as called other stores for pick up and there has never been a problem. A pick up means that it should be made, in and out. Obviously I was in a rush. Then on top of that the smoothie, a sunny day, which is the easiest smoothie to make was soooo bland, no taste at all. Just straight water. There should be another orientation or some sort to train employees how to properly make smoothies and food.
