Place was packed at capacity. The food came out quick and good. ALL meals were high quality. Our 1st time and very much impressed. Only a block away from the Spy Museum.
Service managed very poorly. I ordered the nachos and the waiter came back 5 minutes later saying they were out of nachos so I ordered a burger instead with onion rings. But when my food arrived they gave fries instead of onion rings and they even had the nerve to charge me extra for the fries I never ordered!
The service and food was horrible I've eaten in a lot of Restarants over the entire country my waitress was rude and totally messed up my order her name is Daphne not sure her name that's how professional she is
This place is like Applebee's but with Old Bay (way too much Old Bay). We went to see an out-of-market NFL game, and they have the Sunday Ticket, so yay, but they almost screwed that up by leaving loud cheesy Christmas music on for most of the first quarter. The food was pretty gross, even for pub grub. The drinks (we tried a few different kinds) were so sweet it was like a teenaged girl had made them using a mix from the grocery store. The service was friendly but not well trained or professional. Next time we'll go to Nellie's or Nanny O'Brian's or some other neighborhood bar that actually is what Green Turtle claims to be.
Had their Shell Raiser IPA and it is awful, don't waste your money. Service was disappointingly bad. Food was decent for the price.
