First off, I'll say the food was good. My real problem with the restaurant, on the other hand, was the terrible service. While the waiters were nice, it took me a while to get my order. When I did get my order, however, it was messed up (the steak wasn't prepared the way I wanted it). So I pretty much had to wait for over 10-15 more minutes. I'm only giving one star foe the restaurant in this particular location simply because the food was good. To make it even worse, the restaurant wasn't packed. I would have understood the lousy service had the restaurant been packed.
Very very dirty, slow, unprofessional and I think all the bartenders the young man with the high top fade and the white lady short look like a junkie were on coke or dope who knows. Bathroom look terrible like a 1 star hotel with bedbugs. This is downtown DC do better. The manager he serving young kids talking to young kids laughing joking while grown ups need service. The waitress in there look no older than 16 working at 10pm at night. I will be reporting this store to health department and corporate office
I enjoyed my night out. The hubby and I sat at the bar. We ordered a few tropical long island iced teas, they were strong and delicious. The food arrived fairly quick and was pretty good. The macaroni and cheese was pretty crappy but everything else was good. I would have given 5 stars but it seems the air conditioning wasn't working fully but they tried to compensate with a few fans around the bar. Which did the job...at least for me.
Awful services! Never got my food! 30 minutes and they told me that lost my order. Needless to say I left. Do not go. I don't know how they are in business. Sketchy people were in there. And the workers seemed to be friends they were hanging out and did not pay any mind to the customers. Just sad!
It's the worst of the TGIF in the area. The server was rude. The bill was placed on the table before the food was bought out. I ordered the JD Steak & Shrimp. Steak was dry and over cooked. I asked for the steak to be cooked, Medium. And I asked for the JD sauce for steak and shrimp. And was told it was extra 50 cents. And then I ordered brownie and it was burnt. And still served to a customer. I won't be going back no time soon or at all. Too many bad experiences at this one location.
