Food was delicious and fresh but just wish that the staff was a little bit more friendly.
I try not to eat fried chicken all the time. lol This place is great it also has a store in the inside. The people there are good people. They keep this place clean also. Most people would think that being that it's in NE DC it would not be clean. This one here was spotless. I could not believe it.
The store was nice. Staff was friendly. My order was not correct. I ordered Cajun surf and turf with cole slaw and Cajun rice. Went to the car and noticed the cole slaw was not in the bag. Went back into the store to get my coleslaw. Arrived home and found out that instead of dirty rice I had string beans. Too far and late to drive back. An almost $12 meal in total and no rice. Bummer.

Love that chicken from Popeyes!! I love the spicy chicken. Look in the paper for specials. Make sure they serve it hot. Excellent biscuits red beans and rice.
