This restaurant never has to fear going out of business! The service was exceptional and the food was exquisite! My wife and I tried numerous types of meat and we could not find one which we did not like. The salad bar was awesome and the atmosphere of the place made it seem like a upbeat classy establishment that doesn't feel stuck-up. Highly recommend. Show up very hungry as there is plenty to eat. Just be prepared for the bill at the end as this place is cheap.
Also it took our waiter quite a while to clear out used plates off the table. In fact desert came and I had to move dirty dishes to make room for the plate.
This is a Brazilian style steak house, which means that for a flat price you get an all you can eat menu of something like a dozen different meats. The salad bar here is great. They use it to fill you up so you don't eat as much meat though, so be mindful. There is a lot of variety and the flavors are delicious. You can get the meats cooked to order and can ask a waiter to bring any of them to you on demand. It's a pricey meal, so best reserved for special occasions.
I still recommend this location, the food was excellent and the service was still pretty good, just not as good as it should have been.
My husband, mom, dad, and my kids went out to dinner here last weekend and it was wonderful. We were celebrating my moms birthday and my husbands staff sergeant ranking. The service was fast, the kids loved the food and they're 1 years old and 3 years old. Its a very relaxed environment and the food was more than great!
Very good service and food. But I feel the service was not quite up to par with what I've come to expect from Fogo in other cities I've visited. For instance I ran out of my water during the meal. Normally this wouldn't be a huge thing, but this is Fogo, you never run out of drink at Go To!
Maybe the guy was new, or maybe he was having a bad day. Either way, it was not up to the usual Fogo standard.
Gotta tell you the truth. Can't comprehend the three and four star ratings. Hate to slap a place down but this experience was anything but stellar. Meats were OK and plentiful. But salad bar/buffet was extremely mediocre. And that is the extent of this restaurant. You visit the salad bar and the wait for them to come by to serve the different meats. So, for a cool $133 for two (one drink), we got a pretty lousy salad bar and a few slices of grilled meats. Thanks but no thanks. Surely my last visit here.
