A Virginian, I visited the District to attend a rehearsal. Could not find my car afterwards! Officer Davis of District 2 located it with the most pleasant demeanor -- and without laughing at this female driver. It helped that the car was exactly where I had told him I might have parked it -- but he went out of his way to find it. He started by saying "so you lost your car? a Rolls Royce, I suppose?" Thank you Officer Davis.
Called to ask some simple questions and the officer who answered sounded really lazy ass he didn't answer my question sounded like he hates his job !
