I have had excellent service from Yellow Cab Company. They always come quickly and the drivers are great and very knowledgeable about the city.
Ordered a taxi and after 40 minutes of waiting they never showed. I ordered another taxi and when I saw that it was "10 minutes away" I waited outside for him to show up. I got a text that said he had arrived and so I was waiting for him to pull up. Never showed up. So I called to leave a complaint. The most rude customer service! He said the driver called me and I never picked up. I RECIEVED NOT ONE CALL! He said he wouldn't leave my complaint and hung up on me. The cab number was B407
Visited DC for three days. My husband and I took three taxi rides. All three drivers were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about DC. We really enjoyed our conversations with them.
I made these guys my only mechanics for the past couple of years after I was turned down by a few shops for a major work on my Chevy suburban and I've been always been satisfied.
Horrible!! Just moved to DC I called a taxi and he didn't get assign to me until 20mins after I called and didn't come until 50mins. Taxi driver act as tho they don't even know DC!! Also old and drive really slow! If you wanna get somewhere prompt and save money please use lyft or uber!!
