We had sort of a girl scout emergency, and this store came to the rescue. A mishap with the ONLINE store left us with no supplies or gear for our upcoming girl scout event this evening. Dawn at the DC store not only helped me recreate my entire lost order, but had everything we needed on hand AND packaged it and had it waiting for our pickup. What a lifesaver!!
The staff is always helpful
In addition to be being the main office of the Girl Scouts for our local Council (GSCNC), this location has a well stocked store of Girl Scout supplies. I've been here many times to pick up patches for our troop as well as Girl Scout accessories (purses, ornaments, etc) for my daughters. There is parking below the complex which the store can validate for you and it is also very close to the Red Line Metro. Because this is the main office, there are other services/training available as well. I completed my First Aid training here.
Organized and stocked well. Staff was very helpful and a blessing to a father that had no clue what he was doing.
