Our car broke down at the Arboretum and we don't live in DC, so they had us over a barrel. We paid $350 in cash and the service light was still on when we left. They gave us some story that it would go away after we'd driven it, but we had to take it directly to another service center, where we discovered they'd pirated part of the cruise control and the ignition switch.
