I found this to a great combination of good price and the perfect location. The apartments are well-maintained and it's a nice building. Metro is steps away and you don't need a car. I had a completely different experience than the previous reviewer but I think they've had a new management company since then. I found the desk staff and maintenance staff to be very friendly. Safe neighborhood.
