This is a great place to help with a regular sitting practice. They offer a completely free hour of meditation everyday. On Sundays, there is a guided meditation in English at 3 PM, followed by tea and discussion. A small but regular group attends, and there is often a walk in nearby Rock Creek Park tied to the Sunday meditation. It's not 5-star, however, as outside of the meditation hall, the building could use some work. The meditation hall is great, however!
