The prices are reasonable and you can tell staff really likes dogs. When I've brought my two, some have been very helpful in giving me training tricks and suggestions to help them improve. There's an indoor camera so you can watch the pups play (wish there were more!!), which I love to see every once in a while while my dogs stay. The space is clean and they sell all kinds of unique things for your dogs. They have a digital system for booking and reserving services, which is amazing. I hated calling PetSmart and going through a phone menu to book a service. I'm so thankful to be able to do this on the go. Definitely take your dogs here, you won't regret it!
Fair prices, and super communicative staff (Stephanie was great, emailed me back within a couple hours after I initially reached out during a busy time of year!).
Overall, the customer service at District Dogs is great and, most importantly, they clearly love dogs!

When I needed last-minute dog sitting on only two business-days' notice, Jacob at District Dogs was happy to help. He was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. He was willing to accommodate my dog's issues and modify his environment to match my dog's needs. My pup spent the day in his home, hanging out with Jacob and his dog Molly. Jacob sent photos and updates throughout the day to assure me that my dog was comfortable and happy. When I picked my dog up at the end of the day he seemed content and relaxed.
In addition to excellent customer service, District Dogs has a user-friendly online portal where you can update your dog's profile with any information that the dog walkers/sitters at District Dog should know. You can easily pay online and schedule services through the portal as well.
I used District Dogs over the 2017 Christmas holiday, and was very happy to get an update and pics of my kitties every visit (they even cleaned up random messes my cats made, e.g. when they knocked everything off my dining room table for no reason!). Their online system is nicely set up as well... you can create pet profiles and request days/times.
Friendly people, good service, and my dog really likes it there.
I love knowing that my dog is so happy while I am at work. She can't wait to get to district dogs every morning. The staff is really friendly!
