The dispatcher behind the phone responded to my messages very quickly and answered all my questions. Then, the technicians showed up exactly on time as scheduled and replaced the locks perfectly. The technicians were professional, courteous and friendly. I have asked for a quote from different locksmiths to get a new lock for my apartment and this company is the most reasonably priced. I don’t plan on having key issues but if I do, I will still patronize Metro Locksmith. And I would definitely recommend them to friends and anyone who is in need of a quick lock fix. the best locksmith service!! I just moved to a new House in Washington DC and was needed to replace the locks for the 3 doors. So i called Metro Locksmith and since I placed the call the technician David showed up at the time we scheduled. very knowledgeable and professional,He explained to me everything is goin to do in the job and gave me a reliable fair price and change the locks and make all of them for the same key. I hurried to the airport with the rented car to return the car to the agency and get my flight to Vegas. I was locked out of the car and called Metro Locksmith to get emergency lockout service. The dispatcher behind the phone was very nice and reassuring and sent a technician to my location. In less than 20 minutes the technician Karen arrived and was also very professional and courteous.
Roy came out and was on time and very polite. Very reasonably priced and changed all the locks in my home with no troubles. Provided me with my new keys and disposed of my old locks for me.
I've already referred Metro locksmith to my other two family members who had bought houses for themselves they use them as well great service I refer to all!
