Doesn't return phone calls. I called to cancel my car insurance with them and they never put in my cancellation and I was still charged for the following month. Then I had to go through hoops to get my refund. Taking upward to a month.
Terrible customer service. Does not return phone calls or emails, even for emergencies. Use a different agent.
Poor service. Angela provided a quote, took credit card information, asked if I wanted her to put coverage into place that day. I said yes and waited, but I received no confirmation or binder so that I could cancel my existing insurance. After two days, I called to find she had left on vacation. I spoke to her assistant, who said there was some issue with my auto policy that she was unable to explain or address. I asked that Angela call first thing Monday upon her return; she did not. I wrote her and called her and left a message; no reply. I will take my business elsewhere because my experience with this agency was unacceptable. On top of that she stole $784.39 from me which was never returned!!!! She is a fraud be careful.

My recent agent and staff were horrible(13th & Monroe) no one was willing to do their "job" but once transferring to the Angela Rosser team they've gone above and beyond. Doing what they can to to thoroughly answer my questions, answering the phone, returning emails and etc. This experience has been amazing since first signing up with state farm two years ago. Although my insurance recently increased :-( they've still continue to make my experience worth my while. Thank you to the entire team!!!!!!
