They have all the most popular tile types and their products are (for the most part) reasonably priced. Additionally, it seems like they have sales often, which helps.
This location is a great Tile Shop store. The customer service representatives at this branch are pleasant to work with, even though they work for commission.
As a contractor/remodeler, we recommend our clients to various vendors to select their materials for their projects. I recently did that for the Tile Shop-Tenleytown as it was the closest location for my client who lives in Scott Circle. My client told me that he had such a great experience compared to some other tile shops in the city, no names needed. When my client and I went back yesterday to finalize the purchase, we were greeted right away, they knew my clients name and what he was looking at, all without having to be reminded. We spent about 1.5 hours with Ari and his manager, Shu-nan. We had, in my personal and professional opinion, one of the best retail/vendor experiences I have had in a very long time. Keep up the great work Tile Shop, Ari and Shu-nan!
I'd recommend this store to a friend. This NW DC location is superior to the Rockville location in my opinion!
