My appointment started with the operator being 2 hrs late due to van issues. I could totally understand the delay especially since the operator kept me updated. Honestly my review isn't based on the courtesy or professionalism, but the quality of work. The $500+ package is a rip off. You can easily go to Canton Car Wash for a $200 detail and save money. After the work was completed my car still has swirl marks and scratches. Additionally, the nooks and crannies of the cup holders, dash, side windows--dirty. If you use this company do just the basic detail anything greater is a rip off.
The service from Premere Auto Detail was excellent from appointment setup, the detail technician (Antwon) arrived on time, and finished product was great. I had some stains that could not be removed but he provided me next steps that can taken to resolve the issues. I highly recommend this company and I plan on using them again.

They were on time, (such a rarity in home services!) stayed as long as they needed to in order to clean my very dirty car, and were professional, friendly, and personable. John from Premere did a wonderful job on the interior of our vehicle. It is shared by several drivers and was in dire need of a cleaning. It now looks as fresh (and is as odorless) as the day we received it. He was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Best of all he's mobile. Arrived on time. Very professional on the phone and in person. Took awhile to clean the cars so I'm confident he paid attention to detail. The service I received was outstanding. The cars look great!
