For $82.00, I was able to bowl one and a half games with two other people. There was a malfunction with the bowling equipment that I brought to the attention of the staff and they didn't seem to care. It was taking 2 to 3 minutes at for the pins to reset. Sometimes after somebody completed a turn the device would freeze up for long periods of time. I really enjoyed sitting on broken Furniture while waiting for my next turn. The couches they had in our lane had noticeable holes in them. The people who work there with the exception of the server who we gave a very nice tip to because she actually did care need to understand that people pay good money to bowl there. For that kind of money I expect the best bowling experience ever. It was a complete disappointment to me and my two other friends who came along. I hope you enjoy the $82 you got from us. It will be your last. This is the private sector not the government and if you don't perform you don't get paid. This is no reflection on our wait server who did a wonderful job with our drinks.
Dude.
Sunday nights are latin nights! Small world when it comes the professional bachata scene. Needless to say I ran into people here from NY, AZ, CA, and TX that I've known over 8 years. Pretty much, if they are here then you know you are in great hands. Plus the bartenders are very fast and the food is great!
It annoys me that they charge by the hour and not by the game. We reserved a lane for 1 hour, and three people in our group (including me) showed up on time, three others were running a little late because of traffic, and it's not like we could really start without them, so we waited and they arrived 30 minutes after our "start time." We start bowling and when our hour is up it stops the game and we are about halfway through. They did give us 15 extra minutes, which we appreciated but of course we didn't finish the game and that was kind of disappointing. I know the group should have showed up on time but life happens and I think good customer service would be letting us finish the game. It was also my birthday celebration, so it was just kind of a bummer. The food is really good though, and so were the drinks. They also had an amazing playlist on the speakers, even though you can't really hear anyone talk but that is any bowling alley I guess. Nice atmosphere, but bad policies.
So, I went here after a movie and saw jumbo pac-man was open. Tried to grab a cocktail - turns out they’re out of all of there ingredients on a non-busy night... So, grabbed a basic drink and went to go look for a token/quarter machine. After I didn’t find one, I asked a server. He said, “oh, we don’t have any, but follow me.” So I went to the bar where he instructed the bar-tender to give me some change. Bar tender opened the register and oops - no change! What?
Nice bar, good food, friendly service. HORRIBLE bowling experience. Every single house bowling ball was badly pitted and gouged. Rental shoes were fine. For a casual bowling place I would assume that almost 100 percent of patrons would need to use house balls. Just no excuse. Replace your bowling balls!
