After the Black Girl yells "how you doing" through the bullet proof teller glass you will see a branch go down hill. I replied: "This is the ONLY WF Branch NOT ABLE to meet my simple needs though other WF Branches CAN!” I recall that day after hearing a black girl yelling from inside after the branch closed but that's DC Smart.
Just hope the ATM works.
I grew up with WF in the United States and now it's here too.
Wait in line, make deposit, ask for change and made to wait in lobby until teller services every single person in line before she then gets my change, then tells me that going forward if I want change I have to call in advance. Only reason I walk in the door is because my company uses them, I would never consider them for personal banking, and will tell everyone I meet how rude and pompous the teller was. Can you imagine if she ordered something in a restaurant and was made to wait until everyone in line was taken care of before she got her order? It took less time to get my rolls of pennies than it did to play her games, take care of your guests, and fire employees that don't understand this.
